Yes. There is no account, no subscription and no fee from us. When you buy through a link on Tixplorer, the marketplace pays us a small commission at no extra cost to you.

No. We never hold inventory and never process a payment. Every ticket is sold by the marketplace shown on the listing, and you complete your purchase on their site with their guarantee and support.

SeatGeek, TickPick, StubHub International, Gametime, Ticketmaster, Vivid Seats, TicketNetwork, MegaSeats, Events365 and Hellotickets. Not every marketplace has tickets for every event, so the list on an event page shows whichever sites have inventory right now.

Yes. Every price on Tixplorer includes the marketplace’s service and delivery fees, so you can compare sites on the number you will actually pay. Sales tax, where a marketplace charges it, is added at checkout and is the same on every site for the same event.

Brokers list the same seats on several marketplaces at once, and each marketplace adds its own buyer fee on top. TickPick adds no buyer fee, Gametime bundles its fee into the shown price, and sites like SeatGeek, Vivid Seats and StubHub add roughly 10 to 40 percent. The result is the same ticket at different totals, which is exactly what Tixplorer compares.

On identical listings TickPick is usually the lowest total because it charges buyers no service fee. Gametime is often cheapest in the last day or two before an event. For sold-out shows, StubHub and Vivid Seats tend to have the most inventory. The winner changes from event to event, so compare the all-in price for your exact seats.

Prices on an event page are pulled live from each marketplace when you open it, and refresh when you change your quantity or filters. The "from" prices on schedule and category pages update throughout the day.

Either it has no tickets for that event right now, or it was briefly unavailable while we loaded the page. Marketplaces appear as soon as their inventory loads, so give a busy event a few seconds.

Search for an event, choose how many tickets you need, then pick a listing from the list or the seat map. You will see the price breakdown and total, then a "Continue to" button takes you to the marketplace to check out securely.

Yes. Every marketplace we compare backs purchases with a buyer guarantee: if your tickets are invalid, do not arrive in time, or the event is cancelled without being rescheduled, you get comparable replacements or a refund. The guarantee is provided by the marketplace you buy from.

Listings show the section and row, and most include the seat numbers or the number of seats together. Choose your quantity first; sellers decide how a block can be split, and we only show listings that can be bought in your group size.

Most tickets are delivered by mobile transfer or as e-tickets, usually within minutes of purchase, though some sellers deliver closer to the event date. The delivery method and timing are shown by the marketplace at checkout.

Yes, Tixplorer is on the iOS App Store. It has the same comparison across marketplaces plus price tracking and alerts. On Android, the website works fully in your browser.

Yes. In the Tixplorer app you can track an event with your preferred sections, quantity and maximum price, and we notify you when the cheapest matching ticket changes. The home page also shows the biggest national price movers each week.

Yes. The site is built for phones: the seat map and the ticket list share the screen, and you can filter, compare and buy from your browser.
